The process for renewing a GS subscription is the same as purchasing a subscription for the first time. Renew subscriptions through the Raven Customer Portal. You will need to register for an account before purchasing a new Satellite GS subscription. The Product Activation Code (PAC) and the GPS engine serial number are required for all purchases. Use the videos in this knowledge article for how to locate this information.
Renewing Before Subscription Expires
When renewing a GS subscription prior to the expiration date, the GS service will be uninterrupted and the renewal plan will begin the day after the current expiration date.

Renewing After Subscription Expires
When renewing a GS subscription after the expiration date, a new GS beam must be broadcasted to the receiver to re-enable GS corrections. The GS beam will be sent after the order has processed. Orders will take between 5 to 30 minutes to process. Make sure the GPS receiver is on and tracking in order to receive the broadcast.
